Order information
PLACING AN ORDER AND PICK UP
Orders are processed on the Friday morning and packaged in the week following the order to be ready to pick up the following Friday afternoon from Warwick Stadium reception. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready to pick up.
Minimal stock/sizes are available for purchase from reception.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our main customers are our Senators family in the local community so we prefer pick-up. If you are unable to do so, please contact us to get a quote on shipping charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are not required to provide a refund on an item if you simply change your mind.
If your purchase does not fit you may return it for a full refund or exchange providing the following conditions are met:
- Supply the receipt ie. proof of purchase
- Items are unworn/unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items are returned within 7 days of purchase
If your purchase is faulty (ie. a manufacturing defect, printing error etc.) please return your purchase with proof of purchase to Warwick Stadium reception.
Please note: Sale items are not able to be exchanged or refunded.
