Stadium Upgrade Project

Potential stadium expansion attracting perth wildcats

We are grateful for a bi-partisan commitment towards upgrading our stadium into a national-level, high-performance facility.

A championship-winning team at our home court

After the upgrade, we will also become the new headquarters of the Perth Wildcats. Providing these elite athletes with state-of-the-art facilities while our community gains the ultimate chance to learn from the best and level-up their game. The Perth Lynx are also said to be making the move (with board approval pending) in a change that will bring genuine development pathways to our stadium home.

From the youngest recreational athlete through to the professionals, everyone from our junior WABL teams to NBL1 athletes would be accessing the same training facilities.

Wildcats owner, Mark Arena, shared his vision for the team’s life at Warwick: “We want to be the best in the NBL and set a standard for global basketball, so having the ability to practice, do gym sessions, and recover at the same venue is going to be a major boost for our program…

We’re delighted to call Warwick Stadium our home and take what’s already a thriving basketball community to the next level.”
