Complaints

Warwick Senators takes all concerns and complaints seriously.

Should the matter be a concern eg. court time, expectations of coaches etc. the process should be as follows:

1. Request a time to discuss with the Team Coach or Team Manager (at least 24 hours after a game).

2. Email Senators admin senators@warwicksenators.com.au to request a conversation for concern with the Club Community coach. This conversation is an opportunity for a parent to share their concerns, request guidance for what steps can be taken next. This conversation is for the parent involved and NOT so the club will taken action. 

Should the matter not be resolved OR the matter is of a serious nature eg. Code of Conduct issue (copy available here), please fill out the form below.

This form is for submitting a complaint for formal resolution to Warwick Senators relating to matters occurring at WABL.

This form should only be submitted after a person has attempted to resolve their complaint; or where informal resolution is not possible or appropriate.

This form will be submitted to the Senators WABL Committee who will be in contact with you having considered the information provided.
