We are excited to open our Fourth Senators Junior Premier League. There will need to be a minimum of 4 teams in each age group for the competition to run and we are aiming for there to be a boys and girls division in each age group.

We will have some different Grand Final prizes for the winners of each comp.
The aim is to have a quality competition for players during the off-season to help keep their skills as sharp as possible.
There will be no grading process as this will be an elite competition.
The start date will be Tuesday, 26th October 2021 for the U13, U15, U17 & U19 boys and girls age groups.

The competition will run over 12 playing weeks but will include a 3 week break over Christmas and New Years.

The JPL competition is part of our referee development program to produce WABL quality referee’s so games will be referee’d and referee coached at a WABL level.

Here are some requirements that your team will need in order to participate in this competition:
  • Games will operate similar to State Champs with two 15 minute halfs and the last 2 minutes of the second half will be fully timed
  • Coaches will be allowed one timeout per half
  • Teams must be in full matching uniforms to play starting week 1
  • Each team must have a minimum of 4 WABL players
  • Teams must have a non player coach
  • Teams are required to supply ONE bench official including a 24 second clock operator
  • Players must play a minimum of 5 games to qualify for finals
  • Poor language and poor behaviour will not be tolerated
  • Games will start promptly, and game fees need to be paid at least 5 mins prior to tip-off

Teams will be reviewed and a response will be sent to let you know that your team has been accepted. Please note that team fees will not be asked for until your team has been accepted into the competition.
